I am a Business Administration student concentrating in Corporate Finance at Winston-Salem State University with a passion for understanding how organizations operate and create value. I enjoy analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and contributing to initiatives that support strategic growth and long-term success.
Through my internship with Alive MKE, I have gained hands-on experience in project management, event operations, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach while supporting the planning and execution of the Fellowship Open. My previous experiences include conducting field research with MapCorps in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood and serving as a research fellow with Milwaukee Succeeds, where I contributed to initiatives focused on expanding after-school opportunities for Black youth.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to collaborate across teams, manage complex projects, and solve problems in dynamic environments. As I continue to build my career, I am eager to apply my analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to help organizations improve operations, drive sustainable growth, and create meaningful impact.

I am returning to the Fellowship Open for a second summer in a more advanced role, with my work focused entirely on the planning and execution of one of Wisconsin's largest charity golf tournaments. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics, manage operational planning, support sponsor and stakeholder engagement, and help ensure the successful delivery of the tournament from preparation through event day.
Black Arts Fest MKE · 05/2025 - 08/2025
I gained hands-on experience in event planning and cultural programming through my internship with Black Arts Fest MKE, one of Milwaukee’s longest-running cultural festivals. I supported the coordination of the large-scale festival by managing vendor relations, facilitating on-site logistics, and ensuring smooth communication among partners, vendors, and staff.
